To overcome such limitations, Faizane Taaleem Foundation will create women welcoming schools with girl friendly fee structures through its co-education culture. The School Management Body – called the ‘School Syndicate’ will manage school affairs independently, as per the policy guidelines provided by the Board of Directors of Faizane Talim Foundation. It will be a unique model of Public-Private Partnership, where the administrative head of the district government/deputy commissioner is the ex-officio head of the concerned school. The syndicate will consist of the DEO (female), a lady medical officer of the district, the principal of the school, a senior teacher of the school and two representatives of the parents’ body. The head office of Faizane Talim Foundation will keep informing the composition of these school syndicates from time to time.
If such a trend is supported through investment by government, profit and non-profit organizations to promote education, vocational training and professional skills, the day is not far when we can see India playing a leading role internationally.   • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के सभी स्कूल सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ सेकेंडरी एजुकेशन रहेगा |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के किसी भी स्कूल में को-एजुकेशन नही होगा लड़के व लड़कियों के लिए अलग अलग स्कूल भवन होगा |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत स्कूल,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी के भवन सम्पूर्ण भारत में एक ही डिजाइन बनाये जाएंगे |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले सभी स्कूलों के नाम व ड्रेस कोड-पाठ्यक्रम CBSE पैटर्न सिलेबस एक ही होंगें जो सभी को स्वीकार्य होंगें |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत बनाये जाने वाली स्कूल के लिए जरूरी जमीन कम से कम पैंतालीस हजार वर्गफीट 45000ft. होगी और ज्यादा होने में कोई हर्ज नही |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के कॉलेज के लिए जमीन कम से कम दो एकड़ यानी तकरीबन नम्बे हजार वर्गफीट 90000ft. होगी और ज्यादा होने में हर्ज नही |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन की यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए जमीन कम से कम दस एकड़ यानी तकरीबन पांच लाख वर्गफीट 500000ft. होगी और ज्यादा होने में हर्ज नही |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले स्कूल, कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी को चलाने के लिए जिस शहर, जिले,प्रदेश में खोले जाएंगे वहाँ की लोकल बॉडी बनायी जाएगी जो स्कूल,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी का संचालन करेगी जिसकी कमांडिंग फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन की सेंट्रल बॉडी करेगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले स्कूल, कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी के पूरे नियम कायदे कानून सेंट्रलबाड़ी के होंगें उसी के अनुरूप स्कूल,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी संचालित होगा |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत किसी भी शहर में स्कूल खोलने के लिए वहाँ कम से कम 20 लोगों की कमेटी बनानी होगी और ऐसे बीस लोगों की कमेटी जो क़ौम की खातिर अपना वक़्त दें (बराए मेहरबानी सिर्फ नाम के लिए किसी को कमेटी का मेंबर ना बनाया जाए) 20 लोगों की कमेटी चाहें तो जमात की कमेटी को मिलाकर बनाई जाए या जैसे उस शहर की अवाम चाहें उन्ही 20 लोगों की कमेटी को स्कूल के संचालन की जिम्मेदारी सौपी जाएगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन में रजिस्टर्ड कमेटी द्वारा फैजाने तालीम फाउंडेशन में तय किये गए नियम कायदे कानून के अनुसार कार्य ना करने पर उस कमेटी को भंग कर दिया जाएगा और नई कमेटी बनाकर उस कमेटी को जिम्मेदारी दी जाएगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित स्कूलों,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी में पचास प्रतिशत (50%) से ऊपर नम्बर लाने वाले बच्चों की फ़ीस भी पचास प्रतिशत (50%) माफ कर दी जाएगी माफ की गई फीस फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन अदा करेगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित स्कूलों, कॉलेजों, यूनिवर्सिटी में नब्बे प्रतिशत (90%) से ऊपर नम्बर लाने वाले बच्चों की पूरी फीस माफ़ कर दी जाएगी माफ की गई फीस फैजाने तालीम फाउंडेशन अदा करेगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन का बुनियादी काम मुस्लिम क़ौम के बच्चों को दीनी और दुनियाबी दोनों इल्म से शिक्षित करना है लेकिन किसी दूसरे क़ौम या मजहब के लोग भी यदि इसमें भाग लेते हैं तो उनका इस्तेकबाल है क्योंकि शिक्षा सभी के लिए है।
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले स्कूल,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी में पड़ने वाले बच्चे अगर बारविह 12th क्लास 90% या उस से अधिक नम्बर से पास होते हैं तो उसके आगे की पढ़ाई जो भी बच्चा पढ़ना चाहे उसका पूरा खर्चा फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन उठाएगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के मार्फ़त चलने वाली सभी स्कूलों में पहला पिरियड्स दिनियात का होगा जिसमें सभी मुस्लिम बच्चों को दीनी तालीम लेना अनिवार्य होगा |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले स्कूलों में दिनियात पीरिएड के बाद जो जनरल कॉमन क्लासेस हैं(दुनियाबी ) वह एक साथ एक टाइम टेबल के अनुसार संचालित की जाएगी |
  • फैज़ाने तालीम फाउंडेशन के तहत चलने वाले स्कूल,कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटी का टाइम टेबल लोकल बॉडी और सेंट्रल बॉडी मिलकर ही तय करेंगें |
